Logging In

CBOS is a cloud-based system. The URL to log in to your production system is https://mycbos.com/index.zul.

You may also have a "sandbox" system that can be used for testing in a risk-free environment: Sandbox sites are overwritten on a periodic basis with the data and configuration from their corresponding production site. The URL for sandbox sites is https://sandbox.mycbos.com/index.zul.

In either case, upon navigating to this URL, you will be greeted with an initial dialog box where you can enter your username (typically an email address) and password.

If you are configured to use more than one user role within CBOS, or if your company uses multiple Organizations, clicking on the "Select Role" checkbox will bring up a second dialog that allows you to choose between them.

(You can also make these choices while logged in, by clicking on the down arrow on the upper right of the main window.)
